YOU ARE AN AMBASSADOR OF GOD'S KINGDOM!

www.sijinius.com

There is no place in the New Testament where believers are told to pray to God for food, shelter, clothes, babies, mansion, private jets, etc.

Not one place!

Believers are not even told anywhere that they need (their own personal) money to survive.

Why?

It is like the US Ambassador to Nigeria getting to Nigeria and then begging the US president for a place to stay and food to eat. Is that not basic and already provided for?!

SIMPLY ASK FOR WHERE THE US EMBASSY IS IN NIGERIA AND YOUR PROVISIONS ARE ALREADY WAITING FOR YOU THERE!!

You are an ambassador of the kingdom of God in this present world system. If he cannot provide you with basic necessities of life, then God is not worth living for, or representing here on earth.

Jesus never begged anyone ever, for food to eat, clothes to wear, etc. However, we know that he was the PERFECT AMBASSADOR & our role model. We are moving on towards full maturity; to live exactly as he lived- trusting God 100% for all our needs.

So, what do we find in the New Testament?

YOU ARE AN AMBASSADOR (II)
Who is an ambassador? What do you expect of an ambassador?

An ambassador is someone sent to serve and promote the diplomatic interests of their own kingdom in a geographic location that possesses a different mindset, culture and way of life.

An ambassador does not use weapons or violence in achieving this assignment.

If diplomacy fails, an ambassador is killed, or withdrawn by his government, then war will follow afterwards.

[Note: Jesus, in his first coming, was the PERFECT AMBASSADOR of God's kingdom & our role model. Jesus came from heaven to make a diplomatic case for (we humans allowing) God's kingdom to rule the earth. He will bring war himself at his second coming.]

SO WHAT DO WE FIND IN THE NEW TESTAMENT ABOUT "AMBASSADORS"?!
Matt 7:7-8 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

1. Ambassadors do not beg for shelter. All they need to do is SEEK where the embassy of their country is...their provisions will always be there. The earth is the Lord's and all its fullness. You do not need to own a house to be sheltered.

21st century Ambassadorial mindset- When you enter any town or city, look for your ''embassy'' there (Matt 10:11-13, Luke 10: 5-6). There will always be someone assigned to shelter you- LOCATE THEM!

2. Ambassadors do not beg for food. If you are hungry, then go to the place where God has assigned you to. A thousand cattle on the hills belong to him. If he feeds the birds, will he not also feed you?

21st century Ambassadorial mindset-
Whoever houses you, can feed you. Humbly ask and accept whatever food is placed before you. (Ps 50:10-12, Matt 6:31, Matt 10: Luke 10:8, 1Cor 10:25-27).

3. Ambassadors do not worry about what to wear. Jesus never bothered about what to wear, yet at his crucifixion, his cloth was gambled upon (Matt 6:28-30, 27:35-37).

21st century Ambassadorial mindset-
God originally created humans not to wear clothes like animals, yet the weather elements did not kill us back then. And even when man fell, it was God who created for Adam and Eve, the leather clothes they wore (Gen 3:21). God cares!

4. Ambassadors have their transportation needs already settled. You can never be stranded, ever- that is the mindset you should carry!

21st century Ambassadorial mindset- Acts 8:26-40: God can ask you to walk, to join someone else's ''chariot'', or even teleport you to a different location by himself. Be prepared.

5. Ambassadors do not worry about money for survival, aren't greedy, money-loving or materials-crazy. They only concentrate on the power/anointing/authority/Wisdom/Talent they possess for carrying out their assignment (Matt 10:9, Luke 10:3-20, Acts 1:8, Heb 13:5). Money naturally follows all that.

21st century Ambassadorial mindset- A true ambassador does not become so comfortable in another's country as to settle there permanently, ''doing business'' with his God-given FREE gifts and thereby accumulating ''junk'' as personal possessions.
The God-given Talents are for trading, Yes! But FOR THE MASTER and furthering his kingdom agenda, not building our personal empire and becoming ''worldly''!!

Finally, all you should do is seek first the kingdom of God and its righteousness, and all your basic needs will be sorted out by God (Matt 6:31-33).
Have no Babylonian attachments; focus on your assignment; bring down God's kingdom to earth.
